Commands that are close to stable but not yet contractual

Synopsis

Near-stable commands.

Anything under qibdo beta works and is close to its final shape, but is not yet covered by the stability contract the top-level commands carry. Breaking changes are possible, and will be called out in the changelog rather than arriving silently.

When a command graduates, it appears at the top level and the beta spelling is kept working for a deprecation period.
